35 Years Restaurant and Hotel Business, or even more if also count the amazing days in grandmother kitchen. That is a huge knowledge and experience. I would love to share with you.
I started my Career as apprentice, then I moved on: Commis de Cuisine in all section of the kitchen Restaurant Manager in a Food Store, Awarded Single chef, Owner of a Restaurant and Spa, **** Hotel and Restaurant Head chef, Cooking teacher and Trainer, Food Service Development Chef in Pipeline and Drilling Platform Catering.

*****Executive Chef with 45 cooks, Specialist for Hotel openings, Certified MasterChef in charge of F&B at Sheraton and Marriott. In these big companies, I made International experience in USA, Russia and Ukraine. Azerbaijan, Italia, Germany.
